Our algorithmic department is one of our biggest tools for trading our own funds through the different markets worldwide. We already have seven algorithms working daily and producing very solid results so far. We are always welcoming new Quant traders to help us create more algorithms with their ideas and strategies.
Ideally, we are looking for individuals that are experienced coders, but they are traders at the same time and understand the financial markets.
